HSE Engineer

Responsibilities:

1. Monitoring and enforcing workplace health and safety policies and procedures.
2. Conducting risk assessments and identifying potential hazards.
3. Developing and implementing safety training programs for employees.
4. Investigating accidents, incidents, and near misses and providing detailed reports.
5. Collaborating with departments to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
6. Advising management on best practices for health, safety, and environmental matters.
7. Participating in the development and improvement of HSE policies and practices.

Qualifications and Requirements:

1. Educational background in occupational health and safety, environmental science, or a related field.
2. Relevant certifications (e.g., OSHA certification).
3. Strong understanding of health, safety, and environmental regulations and practices.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Experience:

1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in HSE management.
